introspection: observation of our feeling and emotions in response to external stimuli or events (sense perception, reflection of internal thoughts). practices of mindfulness & meditation
extrospection: observation of external events (perceptual awareness of the influence that external stimuli have on our internal balance)
psychoacoustic: shaping the idea of a psychological space of a person, when triggered by sound. Psychological perception of sound: the emotional impact/effect and our experience of an acoustic change. Experiential awareness. Observing the Nature of the psychoacoustic experience. All this should be included in the assignment project as a form of introspection awareness.
Physiological perception of sound: what we feel in our body, resonance?, vibration, sensorial responses
Sympathetic resonance: resonance occurs on a physical level, objects start vibrating at the same frequency, our body engages with other objects.
how do we make sound and resonance visible?
Cymatics: ways to make sound visible naturally
Synaesthesia: people who feel this, naturally tend to associate feelings and sitmuli from various sensorial spheres. EG: they are brought to associating words, letters and numbers as being inherently coloured with one specific colour. Or associate scents and smells to specific words or images etc. (Contrary of neuro-typical).
stochastic resonance: external stimuli (eg: intentionally shaped noise) that stimulate the subconscious to bring out conscious thoughts
Chromasthesia: associating colours and sound. Form of Synaesthesia
