For this task, I created a new video, mixing and matching up together the images of one video, the music from another, and then adding as many sounds, beats and effects as possible to completely overturn the meaning of the original video.
The images are taken from the video "Violent Earth", while the music is from the video "Alice's Wonderland".

Editing Process
The idea behind this project is to compare the violence of the explosions shown in the video, to a party, which on the contrary is a very happy moment.
To do so, I chose Alice's Wonderland's music, which has a very cheerful sound, and then added various loud sounds, like fireworks, a drum base (that fits the tempo and rhythm of the musical score of the video), beatbox sounds, electronic music riffs and the noise of people speaking in the background, to give the idea of a happy moment.
All shots in the video start on the beat of the music, and every beat introduces a different image, a different idea. The tempo is fast, the rhythm is steady and the shots are short and change frequently and quickly, to give an idea of movement, action, hurry, change, chaos, noise (which are characteristics that suit both the violence of the Earth and a noisy and crowded party.
